Try organic virgin coconut oil. I have a friend who swears by this. Put the oil on your finger and gently dab it inside your nostril.

Lots of time it's a mild staph infection often treatable with using an OTC bacitracin ointment. But, if it's serious, you'll may need a MRSA drug from the M.D.

This will depend on the cause of the sores. If the sores are caused by a runny nose or cold, it is recommended that you keep the area lubricated with a protective ointment. Vaseline or another type of petroleum jelly often does the trick. Do not use anything medicated without consulting a doctor.

Generally nose sores on the inside of the nose are due to the nose being to dry. A saline nasal spray will help this problem. If the nose sores are on the outside/corners of nose it is due to dryness or too much wiping. An antibiotic cream or facial cream will help this problem.
