Sure, all clothes are recyclable. You can put old cloths with new styles. Adding a necklace, scarf, purse, shoes, belt can change the look. Some tops can be work with sweaters or sleeveless tops over them. You can get a great pair of black pants and dress up or down. Same with a plain black dress.

Yes, the first option is always to reuse the clothing. If you don't reuse it certain fibers can be reused after they are sorted. The process is very time consuming.
