Can you live on just fruits and vegetables?

I would like to eat nothing but fruits and vegetables.

You may be interested in a guy on youtube called "manoftruehealth". He talks about listening to our bodies as to what raw food NOT made by humans that our bodies enjoy the taste of and doesn't. He recommends mainly fruit.

I'm vegan,and I mostly just eat fruits and vegetables,but I include rice and grains and beans and nuts too. I think it would be unhealthy to not have some form of protein source,you know?so I say,go for it,but don't cut out beans and nuts and grains completely. good luck!

Yes. Fruits and vegetables are very rich in natural proteins and vitamins. To stay healthy and active one must make it a daily habit of eating fruits and vegetables twice every day. If not interested in taking them directly, we can make different varieties of dishes like salads, juices etc. , One must also should be careful about calories.

Probably. There's actually a quite a few vegetables that can provide things that are usually gotten outside their food group.

Yes, you can live on just fruits and vegetables... it is called being a vegetarian. However, you will have to vitamins to make sure you are getting enough nutrients.

if you have to take vitamin supplements to get all your nutrients then you wouldn't be able to live on just fruits and vegetables.  add a comment

yes but I think it would be healthyer to eat egg whits salmon and nuts.. too you can get the b-12 from the eggs ...
