Irrigation pipe sizing very important for the people who are invoved in agricultural irrigation and even for those who are involved in garden irrigations. It depends on the water pump used. For water pumps up to 3HP water pipes of two and a half inches diameter would be ideal. For higher HP, bigger pipes could be used.

depending upon the place where the water is available based on that the length of the pipe can be decided. the quality of the pipe should be good to withstand the pressure of the pipe.
