The Mitsubishi Galant is definitely a bargain but doesn't come close performance-wise to many of its competitors. If your looking for something very basic, where power isn't a necessity, at a good price, then the Galant may be the car for you. Some of the good qualities this car features include smooth riding and a lot of leg room.

Most consumer reports/reviews indicate that the Mitsubishi Gallant is a good buy. The performance, value are lauded as dependable. From the latest (2010) to older models, consumers rave about the good styling and economic value. Older models were considered a little cramped for family use (small backseat)but problem was corrected.

The 2010 model is ranked in the Top 20 affordable mid-size sedans, getting lower marks than some for what industry experts consider inferior parts - especially when it comes to the interior's build quality and cheap materials. Many hope that newer models will offer better quality materials with more available options.

The gallant is a reliable car that can also have a fair amount of power if you get the six cylinder engine. if we are talking about the ninth gen of gallants, also the most recent, then it is a good car to get and a fairly fuel efficient sedan.
