In a current power consumption strategy, I could recommend Bionaire Window fan BW2300 as it consumes less power with double fan fit in it. It replaces the requirement of Air conditioner. Also it is compact and movable to any location. The same can also be controlled by remote device.

Bionaire BW2300 has two small fans side by side mount with expanding sides to fit in windows of different widths.I think it can fit in casement windows if it is installed vertically. There are three fan speed levels and three settings for air flow both for intake and exhaust.
