That is unlikely. It is more likely that you have a cold sore or herpes or a similar virus in your mouth.

It's rare, but you can get shingles in your mouth. They are incredibly painful and usually leave you swollen, tender and exhausted. Without those symptoms, too, the bumps aren't shingles.

While this is possible, it is unlikely. More common causes include allergic reactions to something you have eaten or drank, thrush (yeast infection) of the mouth, and herpes simplex virus in the mouth (ranging from cold sores to actual warts). If it causes pain or does not heal on its own, see a doctor.
