Minors are entitled to draw child support from the child's other parent, but not necessarily if the other parent is also a minor. Judgments of financial responsibility in such cases where both parents are minors will vary from state the state.

Once you reach legal age your parents are no longer responsible for paying you child support unless it was previously stated otherwise in a divorce decree.

Any minor child is eligible for child support except when exempted or refused through a legal proceeding, for example if the divorce proceedings specified a child support exemption. Otherwise, the non-custodial parent is required to pay child support, typically until the child has reached 19 years of age.

This depends on whether you mean for yourself or for your child. If you mean for your child, absolutely. For yourself, if you are emancipated no, otherwise most likely.
