Smokers and people affected by second hand smoking are more prone to ear infections which can cause drainage from the ear. "Bed Spins", a term commonly used to refer to a feeling of dizziness and nausea when lying prone is a symptom of an inner ear problem and can be a side affect of nicotine intake as well.

Smoking is basically the act of inhaling toxins, which can lead to lung and throat infections. These can spread to the ear. The inner ear contains semi-circular canals just behing the cochlea, which control balance. If these are disrupted, someone can get vertigo.

The bed spins are probably not caused by smoking. Those can be caused by a number of things such as dehydration or too much alcohol. I would suggest that you go see a doctor about the bed spins, they could be serious. The ear drainage is probably caused by your smoking.
