Can you compare Stihl and Echo 2 stroke engine oil?

They are just manufactures names that are put on a brand of 2 cycle oil. They must meet the same requirements. I do suggest if you do a lot of work with2 cycle engines is using synthetic oil.

With Sithl you will usually be able to get a better deal but it is not as good as Echo 2 Echo 2 is a well known quality brand as compared to Stihl. Echo 2 is good with maintainence if compared with Stihl. Echo is sold in big box stored and Stihl is only available through dealers.

With Stihl engine oil, you will usually be able to get a better deal on it, but from my experience with it is is not as good as Echo 2

Oil is oil as long as you buy a well known quality brand. I prefer Stihl but would use Echo 2 stroke oil if need be. More important is maintenance.
