It could be related only if you have a TMJ disfunction and because of that,a nerve is being pressed, causing numbness. Normally, numbness is related to circulation or nerves.

Testicular Masculated Jitterness can cause the nerve endings along the upper spine to become hyper-sensitive. Usually, if sufficiently aggravated will be percieved as a numbing of the face.

Typical TMJ symptoms DO not include numbness of the face. Typical TMJ sypmtoms include clicking in the joints of the jaw, headaches and episodes of the jaw locking up. Facial numbness can be caused by many other things, including Bells Palsy. Only your doctor can make a correct diagnosis of your sypmtoms.
