Yes, but you may have to pay to have it unlocked. You can see if it's unlocked by inserting an AT&T SIM-card and power it on. If you can use it you don't have to unlock it.

Yes, T-mobile and AT&T Both use GSM Networks (Sim Card) It's possible to switch between the two companies but you will need to unlock your blackberry pearl. If you have been a T-mobile costumer for more than 6months you can contact them ask for the unlock code that corresponds to your phone.

No you can't. You'd have to switch to AT&T and then buy the Blackberry Pearl from that carrier. The reason you can't is because The phone itself says T-mobile on the front, and the simcards would still be different if you switched.

As far as I know you can only use phones on the network they were built for. I have heard that they can flash some phones so they will work with other companies, but I have heard that alot of features do not work when they are converted.

There is a way to switch from one network to another without having to get another phone. Flashing is popular and is growing among the companies.

Get the unlock code for your phone. Some websites offer the codes a a small fee. After unlocking the phone you can use the phone on any network.

I am assuming that you want to switch from T-Mobile instead of T movile. If that is the case, the Blackberry you had with T-Mobile will work on the ATT network as long as the phone has been unlocked.
