If you stay dedicated you certainly can. The Wii Fit for example is merely a visual face to keep you interested while YOU do the work. If you do 300 sit ups with a Wii or on your own you will still get fit doing it. So yes! Good luck!

Some would say yes, others would say no. This depends on how active you are during the games you are playing on the Wii. In order to get an actual cardiovascular workout from the Wii, you must be working up a storm ultimately raising your heartrate.

Of course you can and it targets everyone as it has virtual games of tennis, bowling, golf and even boxing and the Wii main accessory is the balance board so you can purchase a step(used in aerobic class) as it functions as a scale and maintains your balance.

If you use it enough, and are very active when you use it, you will certainly or can, burn a lot of calories.

I really wouldn't base an entire weight loss regime on using a Wii to get fit! Good diet and exercise is what causes weight loss. Wii's are really fun way to exercise with but you may not lose as much weight as you would like with one. So yes, it's possible, but probably not in the numbers you want.

I lost 40lbs on that thing. I used weights and at least an hour of heavy training and healthy eating.

Yes, you can get fit using the Wii, but it depends on you. Any exercise program takes time and dedication to work. The Wii can make exercise fun and interesting. There are different Wii software and games to play. Find you you like, buy it use it and Get fit.

Yes you can get fit using a Nintendo Wii. Nintendo has worked closely with personal trainers to develop software for that purpose. Trainers include Jillian Michaels from the Biggest Loser television show, among others.
