You should get her on some kind of Depression medication. Talk to her doctor about what he thinks would work best for her. If it helps take her to a Therapist to talk about all the things going on. Talking to people can help at times. Do things with her that she enjoys to keep her happier.

Just letting her know that you are there for her can be a huge help. Try offering activities gradually to get her to become mroe active.

Sadly, you may have to accept that you might not be able to help her. The most you can do is support her and love her. Frustrating, I know.

Depression is difficult on the whole family. You just need to be supportive and try to understand that she cannot just snap out of it. Help her with the household things that she can't handle anymore and talk to her about something besides the IVF attempts.

The hardest part is realizing that you cannot simply fix it. What a person, who is depressed, needs most is assurance that they are loved and cared about. Allowing a person time to grieve over any lost is vital, loving support during this time is important.
