Two lamps can go in the same outlet if it is capable of handling a sufficient electrical load. To determine this you must add all of the power ratings together from the entire circuit, not just the two lamps. You may have 5 outlets on the same breaker. Also make sure you power strip is of a sufficient rating.

Rather than trying to combine the wiring from the two lamps which could be dangerous (far too easy to overload the wire and create a fire hazard), you should plug both cords into a mutiple outlet power strip. Power strips can be purchased with different length cords and they only use one receptacle in a duplex outlet.

No, as this would surely void the UL listing as the wires are only rated for the lamp for with which it came.

Yes it is possible to connect two lamp in one wire. Firstly determine the phase and neutral of main A. C then connect two lamp in parallel connection in one wire. Then plug in the wire.

If I am understanding your question correctly, yes you can. Outlets in an apartment daisy chain to each other and are on the same circuit.
