You can buy any kind of car with no credit. Buy it with cash from a private owner and you are fine.

Unfortunately in todays day and age it is nearly impossible to purchase a Reo with no credit. At least from a reputable dealership, you will however be able to purchase a Reo at a buy here pay here style dealership. the other option for buying a Reo would be in cash from a private seller.

If you have enough cash to buy it outright, sure. you could also finance it if you have a cosigner. A cosigned loan can help you build credit.

Normally you really can not buy this vehicle without credit, but if you pay straight up with cash you should be able to.

You can buy any car you want with no credit, just have to pay cash for it. If you are broke, look on craigslist for a cheap car.

If your talking about a new Kia Rio then probably no. You might be able to buy a used one or put cash down first to get one.
