Depending on your son's age, if he is able to enter into a contract, yes, on the title, but perhaps not the mortgage. Consult your clerk of court.

Absolutely you can. It is your house and you can put anyone's name on it. Remember though if anything happens to you then he will be held liable.

Yes. This can be done by adding him to the deed. However, it does make the house an asset for which any debts he has can be liable.

Absolutely. As long as your son is an adult, adding him as an owner to your house should not be difficult. In general, the legal paperwork involved is minimal. However, you should consult a tax lawyer before doing so.

If he's over the age of 18, you can refinance the house and add him as a co-owner. Or you can gift him the house and put the title in his name.
