Although alcohol does have harmful effects, it does not cause your brain to bleed, even after heavy use of alcoholic substance. Alcohol damages brain cells slowly and with time, heavy alcohol users develop problems with their memory. They are not able to remember things more clearly and their learning ability is greatly reduced. This is the only bleeding that can affect the brain in actual and factual way as it is has been proven scientifically.

Not necessarily, but it can increase the likelihood. Used in excess, alcohol damages brain structure and function and thins the walls of blood vessels, making them more likely to rupture during a head injury.

Alcohol does damage your brain and its function. While the alcohol itself will not cause inter-cranial bleeding, it thins the blood, and can lead to increased risk of bleeding, particularly with pre-existing conditions or a risk of aneurysm.
