Seizures do not typically cause brain damage, however some types of brain damage can cause seizures. You might want to take your cat to the vet.

When a cat has a seizure, there is a chance that she suffered neurological damage. If she is not walking normally or seems to have something else that is off about her, that is probably what happened. If she is eating healthy, then she can still live a normal life.

It is possible, but i would be asking, why did she have the seizure? chances are it's something in her brain that cause the seizure not the other way. It's possible she has a brain tumour, epilepsy or some times even an ear infection can cause them to act 'weird'. I'd get her seen by a vet.

Cats are often disoriented, confused, and traumatized after a seizure. This maybe confused with brain damage. However, cats can overheat or not get enough oxygen to their brain while seizing.

It is possible, but not certain. A lot would depend on the underlying cause of the seizure. Only a veterinarian can tell for sure.
