Can a laptop be fixed from coffee spit on it?

It depends on whether or not the keyboard casing was water-proof. Some laptops have a layer of plastic below the keys - so that the liquid doesn't reach the internals. In that case, you can just pour off the liquid literally. In other cases, its best to ask a service representative. DO-NOT-turn-on-the-laptop-if-the-liquid-has-not-dried. Electric short circuits may happen.

It depends on the nature of the damage to the laptop. If the coffee has simply disabled the keyboard it may be possible to disassemble the device (after it is turned off and the battery removed) and clean or replace the keyboard. If it will not power on it may still be fixable by a trained repair agent.

Laptops today are quite resilient devices. Start by unplugging it, removing the battery, and letting it sit for at least a full day. Most likely, you will need to clean the keyboard as well. Run a google search for disassembly instructions for your particular system and follow them. Good luck.
