Physically boys mature around the age of thirteen to fifteen years. Pshycologicly boys do not mature at a set point they are spread out age wise. When they are talked to about life and everything around them the tend to mature faster than those boys who are not taught about life and its good and bad aspects.

Boys begin to mature by about 11 or 12 years old. That is when they start to grow facial hair, and their voice begins to change. Around that age is when they start to like girls. In my opinion, mentally, boys never mature! They stop maturing after a certain age i think.
