Are warm air humidifiers better than cold?

There are benefits to both types, I find warm air humidifiers better in the fall and winter to help break up congestion and promote easy breathing.

Because they generate heat, they are more dangerous if they malfunction. But, by warming the moist air, they help to keep the air more humid than with cold humidifiers.

Both warm and cold air humidifiers have their own uses; however, warm air humidifiers are great when you are feeling sick!

Humidifiers add moisture to the air, which helps ease coughing and congestion due to a cold. In my opinion cold humidifiers are better than warm.Because warm humidifier may burn your children. Cold one is cheap too.
