Are vertigo and headache the same condition?

No. Headache and vertigo are not same. You can call headache a part of vertigo. Common symptoms of vertigo are dizziness, headache,fainting, losing control on our body. migraine pain is also a part of vertigo. there is disconnection between body and mind. sometimes saliva flows out of mouth. it also sometimes causes unconsciousness. So u cannot consider a simple headache as vertigo

No. Vertigo is caused by malfunctioning bones of the inner ear. These little organs make you feel oriented and balanced when walking or standing. Symptoms are the feeling of falling, or about to fall. It makes people dizzy, nauseous and suffer chronic fatigue. Headaches are caused by a variety of things and don't usually have the above symptoms.

Vertigo is a dizziness spell and a headache is much different. They are not the same condition in any way.

Vertigo and headache are not exactly the same. Vertigo is a stage of headache when the headache is quite frequent and happens for a long time.
