Are tool-less cases more difficult to use?

I'm considering one for my computer.

Some manufacturers put a lot of good design and work into tool-less cases. There can be issues with certain components not fitting right, such as larger video cards. My case is mostly tool-less, including the side panel latch which broke; that is a also concern with these types of cases.

Tool less cases are actually more easy to use and maintain than a traditional case. Pulling a level, or twisting a knob is much easier than unscrewing something.
