The answer is NO. At least not any of the hundreds of plans I've looked at. All of the other plans people commented on simply mean that you get rollover minutes if you remember to keep paying them. That's not "no expiration".

Yes, Virgin Mobile. If you agree to have your account anutomatically reloaded at least every ninety days, with a minimum of $15, your existing minutes will roll over.

The woman asked for no expiration. Meaning I want to buy 20 minutes for $5.00 and put them in the trunk in case five years from now I want to use them to call my Mother when I have a flat.

Go to your nearest Metro PCS store. It's $30 out the door, unlimited local and long distance calling. You only pay like $50 a month for the plan unlimited everything (calling, text, internet). The only downside is the phone will only work in your state. It's the most affordable. I've never had a problem with mine.

VirginMobile has a prepaid cellphone plan that is pay-as-you-go. Minutes do not expire, they roll-over every month. However minutes need to be bought every ninety days. Boost Mobile also has a plan, that is $50 a month, plus the cost of the phone, unlimited text/calling.

Boost Mobile offers a good service plan of fifty dollars per month. That includes unlimited text and calling. It is a prepaid phone so you have to buy the phone and the month time.

VirginMobile offers a pay-as-you-go plan where minutes never expire. You need to buy minutes at least every 90 days, but minutes always roll over.

truphone, It might be as specified. I still need to prove it by letting the plan run for a couple of months to see if they have a way to weasel the money out of the account.
