Abortion is an elective procedure, the cost of which is not controlled. The procedure is likely priced based on the cost of living in the area, and is based on the local competition. There are no laws that determine the cost of services in a free enterprise system. If you feel the cost is out of line, go elsewhere.

Abortion is an elective procedure, which is part of the healthcare industry, which in the United States is not government controlled at this time. Since the procedure is not covered by insurance, it reverts to a simple business matter, based on the free enterprise system, which relies on competition. If you feel the cost is high, take your business elsewhere.

The practice of medicine in the US is a business; prices for elective procedures are competitive. The law doesn't interfere with business in this country.

If you see an advertisement for one price, but get charged a different price (higher price), then yes, there is a law requiring the business to pay you the difference.

There are no caps on the cost of an abortion - the market and provider will set the rates of the service, at their discretion.
