Yogurt is the most common food that contains acidophilus. Sauerkraut also contains acidophilus and can be easily found in any grocery store. Another less known product is cottage cheese which is very easy to find. With cottage cheese you may not notice the sour taste as much.

Sauerkraut and many other fermented foods also contain it too, but the other foods aren't as easy to get your hands on at all stores.
