Backstreet Boys albums are available. To find them, one may check Amazon, iTunes store, or even the music section of Borders. Cheaper (used) albums may be found on ebay, though the price of shipping should also be taken into consideration. Albums available include: "Backstreet's Back", "Backstreet Boys", "Black &Blue", "Millennium", "This is Us", "Never Gone", and "Unbreakable".

No they are probably not valuable, because the band hasn't become legendary. A lot of legendary bands' lead singers have died, like Bob Marley (and The Wailers). The albums always have more value when they are the very first issue, and specially if there was a special collector's set, with not many copies made of it.

Unfortunately your albums are probably not valuable. As one of the most popular acts of the late 90s, their albums were widely available. Since thier music is no longer popular, it would be hard to find someone who would want them. Autographed albums could be worth something.
