Collection calls are allowed seven days a week between 9:00 a. m. and 9:00 p. m. Calls are allowed on holidays, too, though most collectors take off Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Easter.

Under the fair debt credit act collection calls are allowed every day of the week. If you have a valid debt you can be called at your home number between eight am and nine pm in your time zone. You can however ask for a cease and desist. This means they are only allowed to contact you by mail.

Collection calls are allowed on all days in most states. However if collection calls continue it is possible to file to have the calls stopped by court order.

Yes. This is providing that the calls are made within specific hours. It is not uncommon for creditors or telemarketers to call on Sundays.
